仕事内容:

営業事務のお仕事です。主に営業チームをサポートし、業務の円滑な進行を図ります。

【主な仕事内容】

  • 営業資料の作成やデータ入力
  • 顧客からの問い合わせ対応
  • 見積書や請求書の発行
  • 営業チームとの連携を図り、業務の進捗管理
  • その他、営業に関連する庶務業務

明るくコミュニケーション能力が高い方を歓迎します。<東京都板橋区>での勤務となりますので、通勤が便利です。<好きな時間を選んで>の時間帯でお仕事をしていただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間は以下の通りです。

月曜日から金曜日のなかで週三日程度、 9時から18時までの中で相談の上決定

休憩時間は60分です。

残業は基本的にありません。

  • 夏季休暇
  • 冬季休暇
  • 年休暇125日

固定時間での勤務となりますので、プライベートとの両立がしやすい環境です。

勤務地:

国内出張はありません。

リモートワークは対応しておりません。(場合によってはあり)

アクセス:

最寄りの東部東上線上板橋駅から徒歩約10分の距離です。アクセスが良好な場所に位置しており、通勤しやすい環境です。
