仕事内容:

神奈川県や川崎市発注の社会インフラ整備プロジェクトを中心とした土木施工管理業務をお任せします。

【主なお仕事について】

・施工計画の作成および発注者との打ち合わせ

・工程管理、安全管理、原価管理、品質管理

・写真管理、測量、図面作成、検査対応等の書類作成全般

・3〜4名のチーム体制による現場の進行・指揮

担当していただく案件は、道路、橋梁、公園、上下水道といった重要な社会インフラから、宅地造成、舗装、外構、解体工事等の民間案件まで多岐にわたります。

・勤務時間:8:00~18:00(実働8時間)

30歳代(有資格者):500万円~800万円

40歳代(有資格者):700万円~1000万円

50歳代(有資格者の管理職):800〜1200万円
