仕事内容

  • ひより

定員25名

重症心身障害のある人や医療的ケアの必要な人、

ご高齢の障害のある人などを対象として、

日中活動支援を提供しています。

・生活支援員

生活介護事業所での日中活動の支援をお願いします。

日中活動では、

足湯やビーズクッションでのんびりと過ごしたり、

野菜を育て収穫したり、貼り絵などの制作をしたり、

近隣公園へ散歩に出掛けたりしています。

ゆっくり、のんびり、おだやかな暮らしを

サポートしてください。

最初は補助的なことから少しずつ始められます。

慣れてきたら、可能な方は利用者送迎など

お仕事の幅を広げていくこともできます。

未経験から始めたスタッフも長く続いている職場です。

経験豊富なスタッフがそばで丁寧に教えます。

・週3日、6時間から調整OK

勤務時間は8:30~17:30のうち、

柔軟に調整が可能です。

残業はなくシフト通りのため、

プライベートを優先できる時間帯や、

Wワークの方は上手に両立ができます。

学生、フリーター、年齢問わず

様々な職歴の方が多数在籍

「両立支援」(子育てと仕事)

・子供の急病や学校行事での休暇取得可

・子育て中の従業員が在職しています。

・基本的に時間外労働はありません。

・勤務日、勤務時間は皆さんの都合に合わせて様々な働き方ができます。

・男女問わず、子育てと仕事の両立ができる環境を整えています。

見学や相談は随時受付けしています。

普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

未経験の方はもちろん、資格がなくても歓迎です。

年齢問わず、ブランクがある方、学生の方も大歓迎です
