仕事内容


外資系メーカーの商品を扱うカスタマーセンターでのお仕事です。

【受注業務を支えるお仕事】

空港や商業施設のテナントなど、法人のお客様が中心。

電話で内容を伺ったり、FAXで届く発注書を確認したりしながら、決まった手順に沿って基幹システムへ情報を入力していきます。

【学びながら慣れる環境づくり】

商材の基礎やシステム操作は入社後にレクチャー。

実際の受注パターンを使った実務研修で、入力のコツも自然とつかめていきます。

ひとつずつ覚えていけば大丈夫。そんな安心のあるスタートです。

【経験を活かしてステップアップ】

新規クライアントの募集に伴い、業務に慣れた後はリーダー候補として活躍する道もあります。

①残業は基本なし土日祝休み&17時で退社 ②電話対応経験が活かせる ③勝どき駅チカで働く

コールセンターでの経験がある方(年数や業種は問いません) / その他資格は不問 / PCスキル:文字入力ができる方(キーボードを見ながらでもOK) / Excelの基本操作が可能な方
