General Position Summary
This position is responsible for organizing marketing events including pre-events planning, event execution, reporting, event materials standards and post event reporting and lead nurturing.
Essential Job Function
· Organization of weekly online live seminar including coordination of speakers and participants until on site organization and follow up .
· Organi z ation of medical conferences/lunch-on seminars including registration, booth organization and shipment of mat er ials and equipment.
· Organization of in-house laser safety courses conducted by JSLSM.
· Travel planning for all events including liaising with stand designers, conference organizers, sponsored attendees.
· Lead follow-up and communication of lead s to sales team.
· File correspondence, articles and records when requested according to established policies and procedures.
· Responsible to create ads or mailers and update the website, management of social media accounts such as Line/Facebook/Instagram/etc. Work with internal or external parties on deliverables.
· Supports the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials. Assists in production of advertising, marketing brochures and other promotional materials.
· Ensure that reports and dashboards are updated regularly, along with detailed analysis that can be used to derive actionable insights, that in turn can be sued to drive business results.
· Effectively work and communicate with cross functional and regional team to ensure compliance with global SOP and brand guidelines (I.e Marketing Material Approval Process)
· Any other duties as assigned by management.
Background required for this role
· Bachelor Degree or above
· At least 5 years of experience in event-related work (conferences, luncheon seminars, webinars)
· Project management skill.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Business level English (reading and writing) *TOIEC 700 level. ( Native level Japanese for foreign national.)
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience of using ERP (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) related systems.
