【仕事内容】

戸建住宅用地の仕入れ(情報収集・調査・契約)から、

どんな家を建てるかの企画プランニングまでをお任せします。

〜仕事のポイント〜

  • 販売業務は完全外部委託仕入と企画に専念

社員が売ることへの圧迫感を感じずに、良い家を造るための「企画」に専念してほしいため、建てた家の販売活動(仲介)は、すべて外部の専門会社へ委託しています。

  • 上司から一方的に「これをやれ」と細かく指示される環境はありません

1日のスケジュールや行動目標は、すべて自分で決めることができます。

「今日は定時で帰る」「今月は稼ぎたい」といったように、自分のリズムで働けます。

<仕事の流れ>

  • STEP1:情報収集(ルート営業スタイル)

街の不動産会社様を定期的に訪問し、

「売りに出そうな土地」の情報をいち早くキャッチします。

お客様は先輩から紹介してもらえるので安心です

信頼関係の築けた業界のプロ同士なので、

話がスムーズに進みやすいですよ。

  • STEP2: 物件調査・マーケティング

「これは」と思う土地が見つかったら、

実際に現地へ向かいます。

土地の寸法を測ったり、

日当たりや周辺の環境をチェック。

役所で必要な書類を集めることも。

一つひとつ先輩が丁寧に教えるので、

専門知識がなくても大丈夫です。

  • STEP3:企画・買い付け

入社後は、3ヶ月〜半年間の研修期間からスタート。

・まずは先輩のサポート役として事務作業を中心に業務を覚えます。

・実際の図面や契約書に触れながら不動産の基礎知識をじっくり習得。

・その後、先輩同行でお客様へのご挨拶や営業を開始。

営業の進め方やコツは先輩がマンツーマンで丁寧に指導します。

多くの先輩が、入社約1年で初契約を獲得しています。
