職務内容Job description
SAPプロジェクトにおけるテクノロジーコンサルタント(SAP BASIS Consultant)の現場リーダー候補として以下の業務を担当していただきます。
SAPプロジェクトにおけるテクノロジーコンサルタント(BASIS Consultant)として以下の業務を担当。
<社内/対外活動(ブランディング)>
・プロジェクトを通じて得た成果や知見を成果物としてまとめ、ナレッジ登録するとともに社内外へWGへの参加、QAシステムへの回答等を通じて情報発信する。
<プロジェクト関係者との関係強化>
・BASIS領域にて見識、経験があり、全フェーズでらSAP BASIS領域のタスクを担当する。
・自社事例/他社事例を有効に活用し、高いコミュニケーション能力を持って自らの言葉で顧客メンバー層・他チームとのコミュニケーションをリーディングする。
<人・組織>
・SAP BASISコンサルタントとして自力でタスクを推進しプロジェクトの成功に貢献する。また本領域の自動化、標準化の担当者として推進する

個人に期待する役割やミッションRoles and responsibilities
・担当プロジェクトにおいてミドルレベルのメンバとして、領域の業務を担う
・小規模プロジェクトリーダー、または中規模以上のプロジェクトにおける領域リーダとして、他部署関係者も含めたプロジェクトのリードを行い、自チームメンバーへの指導・支援を実行する。
必須のキャリア、スキル、資格などBasic qualifications
・SAP S/4HANA導入または運用におけるBASISチームのリーダーまたはメンバー経験
・JGGのミッションに共感し、変革と物事をやりきることに高いモチベーションがある方
・グローバルメンバーと仕事をした経験、または協働することに前向きな方(ビジネス英語経験不問)

・ビジネス英会話が可能
・オフショア/外国人メンバーとのビジネス経験
・新規サービス/新規ビジネスの企画、立上げ経験
語学力Language requirements
英語:リテラシーとしての英語レベル (目安TOEIC500点)
