SAP SuccessFactorsの現状分析、要件定義からカスタマイズ、アドオン設計、テスト支援に至るまでのプロジェクトタスクを担当いただきます。3名~5名程度のチームリーダーとしてチームマネジメントも担当いただきます。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】以下いずれかに該当する方

・SAP HCMまたはSuccessFactorsの導入コンサルティングまたは保守等のご経験が、2年以上ある方

・人事系システムのSE、プログラマー経験を2年以上お持ちの方で、近い将来SAPコンサルタントとして活躍したいという強い意志をお持ちの方(SAP未経験者歓迎)

【歓迎要件】

SAP認定コンサルタント資格(HCM、SF)を保有している方

【給与】

年収650~720万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。

【勤務時間】

09:30~18:30

【雇用・契約形態】

【待遇・福利厚生】

通勤交通費(月5万円迄実費支給)プロジェクトへの交通費は全額支給・在宅勤務手当(6割以上の在宅勤務で月1万円支給)・裁量労働制に基づく時間外手当・リーダー・マネージャー、管理職手当(3000円~)

【休日・休暇】

完全週休2日制(土日)、祝祭日、有給休暇(入社初月に付与)、夏季休暇(3日)、年末年始休暇(6日)、慶弔休暇、生理休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇等
