Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist at EcoVadis Tokyo

  • Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat to enhance their platform experience, resolving queries, and offering expert guidance
  • Listen attentively, understand customer needs, and engage to provide effective solutions and alternatives
  • Master the EcoVadis platform, processes, and standards to deliver quality assistance to customers; stay updated on new services and enhancements
  • Share industry best practices and updates on EcoVadis offerings crucial for customer success
  • Collect insights from customers and internal sources; collaborate with the team and management to ensure customer satisfaction and bridge any gaps
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, International Business Management, or related fields with at least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in an international setting
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-centric and quality-focused mindset
  • Flexible, open-minded, and excellent time management skills
  • Interest in Sustainability is a plus
