Job Summary

The role involves managing end-to-end rewards and providing expert support for Compensation & Benefits activities, including Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and implementing rewards policies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage company C&B policies and practices in collaboration with the AP Total Reward Director
  • Handle job evaluation, merit increase processes, incentive programs, and budgeting
  • Propose and update HR policies, manage HRIS, and vendor relationships
  • Address employee relations and HR issues
  • Lead projects and tasks, both globally and domestically

  • Deep knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in Success Factors and Microsoft Office
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational company
  • Degree in Human Resources, Law, or Economics
  • Health & Safety Management certification (preferred)

Travel Requirements

  • Domestic/overseas business trips several times per year
