Job Title: Manager In Training

About the Role:

• The Manager In Training will complete a 90-day training program to prepare for the Assistant Manager role.
• Successful completion of the program is the first step for leadership and will provide a strong foundation for a career in retail management.
• The program will focus on immersing the manager in all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar business, including creating the best in-store customer experience, store operations, business management, floor supervision, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the store, including staffing, hiring, and training.
• Analyze and track business performance, drive business success, and implement visual marketing and merchandising strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Full-time working eligibility/visa required.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Interest in fashion and retail.
