仕事内容

当社グループの人事職として、本社、分社会社、グループ会社において、人事、組織、処遇、労働、福祉、採用、人材開発等の業務に関し、実務から方針・戦略立案まで幅広く従事いただきます。
エネルギー、社会インフラ、電子デバイス、デジタルソリューションの4つの事業領域でグローバルにビジネス展開する当社において、事業の基盤を人事職を通じて支え、変革を牽引していただきます。

諸手当

昇給/賞与
昇給:年1回
賞与:年2回(7月・12月)※業績連動型となります。
