募集背景
2024年5月公表の東芝再興計画における経理部門における新たな仕組み構築・業績管理を進めていくなかで、全社の成長戦略を実現するための経理組織体制の強化を行う。
仕事内容
①本社、事業場、関係会社における経理業務
・事業部門業績管理(月次業績把握・予算管理、中期事業計画策定)
・連結決算(月次・四半期・年次決算、開示資料作成、監査法人対応、新会計基準対応)
・資金業務(資金計画・国内外子会社の資金調達支援・金融機関対応)
・税務業務(税務戦略立案・税務申告・税務調査・国際税務対応)
・事業場における製品原価管理(製造原価計算)
②経理部門の経験を基に内部統制、内部監査、IRの各部門での業務

・製造業での経理業務経験者
・監査法人・税理士事務所等での業務経験者

・【英語】日常会話レベル/ビジネス文書を読み書きできるレベル
