Job Purpose

TD SYNNEX株式会社のファイナンス部門の一員として、ディストリビュ-タ-にとって必要不可欠なリベ-ト管理を担って頂くポジションです。

具体的には、顧客リベ-ト課の中核を担う実務スペシャリストとして、営業部門と密に連携を行いながら、デ-タ照合やExcelツ-ルによるレポ-ト作成などを含めて、リベ-ト契約の管理、及び契約に基づいた正しい会計処理の実行、顧客に対する負債残高の見届けを行って頂きます。

契約リベ-ト内容の確認
登録項目内容の確認
月次
四半期
年次処理(30%)
リベ-ト計上金額の内容確認及び承認
リベ-ト計上漏れ確認
請求業務(15%)
リベ-ト支払内容の集計及び請求確認
請求書発行依頼処理
売掛金への相殺連絡
未払金確認
残高確認業務(35%)
リベ-トプラン毎の残高内容確認
プロセス改善(10%)
業務移管お及び連携の見直し及び月次レポ-トオペレ-ション業務改善の推進
レポ-ティングの質的向上の推進

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

売掛債権管理又は買掛債務管理又はリベ-ト債権管理又は債務管理 7年以上
経理実務経験
経理照合業務実務経験者
日商簿記2-3級があれば尚可
