海外営業管理【東京】フィギュア・ホビー事業を展開エンタメ全般を視野に入れたキャラクター文化創造企業

【仕事内容】

同社はキャラクターフィギュアやプラモデルなどの企画から制作・販売までを手がけ、誕生以来2,000種類以上をリリースしており2023年売上高は600億を突破、米国や中国にも現地法人を設立し、世界をマーケットにした事業拡大を続けています。

今回、更なる拡大に向けて「海外営業管理」の募集をいたします。世界中の顧客対応を行うチームの一員として、積極的にご活躍いただくことを期待しています

  • 部署Mission:

ねんどろいどをはじめとした同社商品を全世界に円滑に流通していくコントロールセンターとなることです。

  • 業務内容:

営業管理部では、商品の登録から受発注、在庫管理まで、営業活動を多角的にサポートしています。

  • 具体的には、

・海外事務処理

  • 海外分の受注データ集計とシステムへ取り込み

・海外取引先対応

  • 海外取引先からの問い合わせ対応および営業担当への情報提供

・海外在庫管理

  • 海外倉庫の在庫状況の把握と出荷指示、営業担当への在庫レポート提供

・海外営業管理

  • 毎月の海外出荷コストの管理、最適な輸送方法の選択によるコスト削減

上記より進捗に合わせて少しずつ業務をお任せしていきます。

【年収・給与】

年収:400~600 万円 月給制 基本給:224000円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:40時間 固定残業代:96200円 超過分は全額支給 ※オファー年収についてはお持ちのご経験やスキルを総合的に考慮した上で決定いたします。通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり45000円) 賞与:あり 年2回(7月・12月) 昇給:あり 年2回(4月・10月)

【勤務時間】

固定労働時間制:09:00~18:00 実働時間:8時間 月平均残業時間:20時間時差出勤可能勤務時間:始業8:00~10:00の間に出社、終業17:00~19:00間に退社※一般的には9:00~18:00で勤務されている方が多くいらっしゃいます。
