■About the Position
Application Support (SAP SD) @ Global Luxury Company (Professional Haken)
As an Application Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing daily L2 application support for ECOM and Wholesale users. You will collaborate closely with business users and HQ support teams to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of critical systems.
■Responsibilities
・Provide daily application support for ECOM and Wholesale users at the L2 level.
・Coordinate and support system testing with business users.
・Liaise with Level 3 support members at HQ for complex issue resolution.
・Support project implementations and system upgrades.
・Create and update system manuals and provide user training.
■Requirements
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
・Proven experience in website or Order Management System (OMS) support.
・Experience with ECOM OMS processes.
・Familiarity with SAP SD.
・Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and team members.
・A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
・Strong ownership and sense of responsibility for tasks.
・Experience supporting system projects, including testing, UAT, training, and hyper-care.
