Job description
As an Application Support Consultant, you will be part of our technology and digital teams, supporting our clients in maintaining, optimizing, and evolving their applications and systems.
You will act as a bridge between users, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of applications.
Provide technical and functional support for business-critical applications
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and propose corrective actions
Manage incident resolution and service requests according to SLA standards
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to analyze and solve complex issues
Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and ensure follow-up on recurring incidents
Participate in application testing, updates, and deployment support activities
Support users by ensuring effective communication and training when required
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
1–3 years of experience in application support, system analysis, or IT consulting
Strong knowledge of SQL, scripting, and ITIL processes
Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Fluent in English and Japanese.
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in an international environment
