クラウドコンピューティングがITの主流になり、業界を代表する大手企業のお客様のIT戦略も大きく変わろうとしています。従来のITでは実現の難しかった新しいビジネスの形をAWSの先進的なテクノロジーによって実現すべく、多くのお客様がクラウドジャーニーを歩まれています。お客様のクラウドジャーニーには、ビジネス、人材、ガバナンス、プラットフォーム、セキュリティ、オペレーションといった多様な取り組みが必要となり、多くのステークホルダーが同じ方向を向き、足並みを揃えて進めていかなくてはなりません。
CSMは、お客様のビジネス上の目標達成や課題解決に向けて、お客様のみならず、AWSの営業、ソリューションアーキテクト、エンタープライズサポート、事業開発、プロフェッショナルサービス、パートナーといった幅広いチームと協力し、社内外の多くのステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、中長期的な計画を立案し、その実行の推進を通じて、お客様のクラウドジャーニーを加速させます。
Key job responsibilities
- お客様のビジネス上の目標達成や課題解決に向けて、お客様、AWSチームと協力し、お客様のクラウド活用に向けた計画立案とその実行をリードする
- お客様の状況を把握し、専門家を適切なタイミングで巻き込み、技術的、あるいは非技術的な課題解決をリードする
- お客様との関係を維持し、お客様がAWSを長期的かつ効果的に活用するための自走できる仕組みを作る
A day in the life
特定のお客様(業界を代表する大手企業)に対する顧客担当チーム(アカウントチーム)の一員として、営業やソリューションアーキテクトに加え、エンタープライズサポート、事業開発、プロフェッショナルサービス、パートナーと連携しながら、お客様のビジネス上の目標達成や課題解決に向けて活動しています。CSMの活動は非常に多岐に渡りますが、ヒアリングやワークショップを通じて、お客様が曖昧に認識している目標と現状のギャップや課題を整理し、それらの情報をもとに仮説を置きながら計画案を作り、お客様や社内関係者との議論を通じて合意した計画に基づき進捗を追跡し、必要に応じて色々な人を巻き込みながら取り組みの推進や課題解決を行っていく動きが基本となります。また、クラウドサービスそのものや関連するプログラム、ソリューションは常に進化、多様化し続けていますので、お客様に常に最適な解決策を提供するためにそれらを常に学んでいくことも必要になります。

About the team
チームを構成するメンバーのキャリアは多様性に富んでおり、コンサルティング会社やソフトウェア企業、システムインテグレーターにおいてコンサルタントやプロジェクトマネージャーをしていたメンバーはもとより、事業会社出身のメンバーもおり、色々な強みを持ったメンバーで構成されています。
新しいメンバーの方には、入社後に一定の研修期間が設けられ、相談役(Onboarding Buddy)である経験豊富なCSMのサポートのもと、CSMとして活躍していただくために必要な研修プログラム、OJTやロールプレイングを実施いただくなど受け入れ体制は整っています。また、チーム内外のメンバー同士のカジュアルな1:1ミーティングや座談会、移行やモダナイゼーションなどの色々なテーマごとのコミュニティーを通じて、メンバー同士の情報共有や助け合いも盛んに行われています。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- アーキテクト、コンサルティング、システム提案・構築活動、いずれかをリードした経験- 大手企業に対するテクニカルプリセールス、コンサルティング、ソリューション開発、要件定義、設計、実装、テスト、障害対応のうち複数の活動経験
- 曖昧な状況の中で、限られた情報をもとに物事を整理し、仮説を立て、計画を作り、ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら物事を推進した経験
- 新しい技術やサービスに対する知識習得や新しいチャレンジの経験
- 日本語およびビジネス英語(読み書き)のスキル
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AWS/クラウドサービスを用いたシステム設計、開発、運用の経験- PMPや同様の資格や認定
- 顧客経営層へのプレゼンテーション経験
