仕事概要
<会社・事業概要> Shippioは、日本初の「デジタルフォワーダー(※)」として2016年に設立されました。テクノロジーを活用し、国際物流(フォワーディング)および関連する貿易実務を、ワンストップで効率化・可視化するサービスを提供しています。 主なサービスは以下の通りです: Shippio Forwarding:輸出入業務に必要な海上・航空輸送、通関、国内輸送などの手配に加え、見積・発注、スケジュールや書類の管理、チャットによるコミュニケーション機能を一体化したクラウド型の物流支援サービスです。 Shippio Cargo:他社フォワーディング業者を利用している案件も含め、荷主がすべての輸送案件をShippioのプラットフォーム上で一元管理できるSaaSです。 Shippio Works:2024年9月に提供を開始した、国際物流に携わる企業同士の業務連携・コミュニケーションを効率化するためのB2Bプラットフォームです。 Shippio Clear: 2025年9月に提供を開始した、AIを活用し、通関業務(書類読み取り、自動計算、NACCS申告書変換など)の効率化を実現するクラウドサービスです。 また、2018年にはITスタートアップとしては初めて「第二種貨物利用運送事業」の許可を取得。さらに2022年には通関業者をM&Aによりグループ化するなど、実物流のオペレーションとデジタルプラットフォームを融合させたビジネスモデルがShippioの大きな特徴です。 現在、私たちは「産業の転換点をつくる」というミッションのもと、物流・貿易・金流・情報流をすべて統合するプラットフォームの構築を目指しています。業界全体のDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を推進し、最終的には「産業のトランスフォーメーション=IX(Industry Transformation)」の実現を志向しています。 ※フォワーダー(貨物利用運送事業者):荷主の代わりに、輸出入に関わる複雑な物流業務(輸送手配、通関、書類準備など)を一括で請け負う事業者のこと。 <募集背景> 2025年10月にシリーズCの資金調達を完了し事業は急成長フェーズにあり、今後は国内シェアの拡大のみならず、追加のM&Aを含む多角的な展開を視野に入れています。 現在、財務戦略と管理実務を同一の部門で管掌していますが、さらなる非連続な成長を実現するためには、「ファイナンス(攻め)」と「アドミニストレーション(守り・基盤構築)」の機能を明確に分化させたいと考えています。 そこで今回、経理・財務を主軸としつつ、法務・総務・コーポレートITまでを統括し、上場企業水準のガバナンスと、グループ経営に耐えうる管理体制を構築していただく「管理部長候補」を募集します。 ※本ポジションは人事(HR)領域を含みません。 <職務内容> 「守り」の責任者として、正確な決算とリスクのない法務・IT体制を築き上げ、経営の意思決定を支える「信頼できるインフラ」を作り上げていただきます。 経理・財務領域(コア業務): ・月次・年次決算の早期化・精緻化、監査法人対応のリード ・連結決算体制の新規構築・運用(子会社管理含む) ・内部統制(J-SOX)の構築・運用フローの整備 ・予実管理プロセスの運用、取締役会資料の作成支援 法務・総務・IT領域(マネジメント・体制構築): ・法務: 契約管理フローの整備、コンプライアンス体制の構築 ・総務: 規程管理、ファシリティ管理 ・コーポレートIT: 全社ITインフラの整備、セキュリティ要件の定義・運用(ISMS等) <レポートライン> ・VP of Finance / コーポレート本部長直下 <キャリアパス> 以下に代表されるようにさまざまなキャリアの選択肢があります。 ・管理部長 ・管理本部長 ・CAO <ポジションの魅力> 1. 複合的なビジネスモデルへの対応が求められる ShippioはSaaSと実物流(フォワーディング)、さらにM&Aによる通関業者のグループ化など、ITとリアルオペレーションが融合したビジネスモデルを持っています 。 売上の計上基準や原価構造が異なる事業が混在しており、さらに連結決算も発生するため、経理・管理部門としての高度な判断と設計力が求められます。 2. 経営に近い距離での意思決定ができる レポートラインはVP of Finance / コーポレート本部長直下です 。経営陣のすぐ側で、数字に基づいたインサイトを提供し、組織全体の意思決定に関与することができます 。 3. 必須スキル
・事業会社での経理実務経験(5年程度目安) ・事業会社における月次・年次決算の単独完結、または主導したマネジメント経験(数名規模のチームリーダー経験でも可)
