【職務内容】
全国のスーパーマーケット、ドラッグストア様に対して、当社が提供する業務改善システムを効果的に利用していただくための運用支援を担当いただきます。
(sinopsは、AIが「需要予測」を行い発注に必要な数を発注担当者に提案するサービス)
当社のお客様は全国に本社や店舗があるため、出張や訪問を行い、現場の課題や運用の改善提案を行っていきます。
■具体的な職務内容:
・お客様の現状課題を把握し、運用面を考慮したうえで、お客様の現状課題を把握
・運用面を考慮しながら、当社製品の導入を支援
・導入効果を最大化していくためにお客様と伴走しなから運用課題に対して改善提案、業務改善
※お客様の規模にもよりけりですが、導入プロジェクトではチーム体制をとっており、基本的には、メインとサプで担当分けをした2名体制となっています。
大規模プロジェクトを担当する際は4~5名の体制を組んで推進することもあります。
※お客様側の担当者は、システム担当者だけでなく、現場を管理する本部の方や、現場の方とも調整を進めていくこともあります。

・顧客との調整経験
・何らかのプロジェクトでのSE経験
