仕事内容:
- 自動車内外装部品(樹脂・金属部品など)の設計・開発を行います。
- 3D-CAD(CATIA)を使用し、製品がメーカーの要求する条件にあっているか確認しながら設計します。
- 次世代の自動車を生み出す先行開発などに携わり、モノづくりの醍醐味を実感しながら製品の設計・開発のプロとして活躍できる仕事です。
- ベンチマークや製品検討のための、実際の製品や試作品を用いての分解作業や解析検証をすることもあります。
- 生産現場に足を運び、実際の現場で自分の目と足で製品に触れ、製品確かめて問題点を洗い出すことで改善方法を検討することもあります。
- お客様に向けたプレゼンや社内外の関連部署との調整を行うための資料作成もします。
- リーダーになると、開発の仕事だけでなく、若手育成や業務計画・日程管理・他部門との折衝などマネジメント業務も行います。

<入社後の流れ>
入社後、本社にて3ヶ月間の研修(Off JT)があります。手描きで図面を描くところから始めるなど、設計スキルを基礎からしっかり学べる環境を整えています。専任の教育担当者から、3D-CAD(CATIA)の操作方法のみならず、実践に即した幅広い技術を習得することができます。また、第一線で活躍しているエンジニアから直接指導を受ける機会も数多く設けています。
研修で基礎的な知識を身に付けた後は、設計部署へ配属~実務開始となります。OJT担当のベテラン社員の指導のもと実際の実務(OJT)を通じて、より実践的、専門的な知識・スキルを身につけ、自動車開発のプロフェッショナルとして成長していきます。自社で行う受託開発業務の一員として少しずつ仕事をお任せしてきます。じっくり時間を掛けて社内で育成していきますのでご安心ください。
