業務内容

中東に拠点を置く石油企業の日本法人です。

日本・韓国・台湾における市場調査に加え、政府政策や法規制の最新動向を把握しています。

また、親会社が取引先企業様との業務を円滑に進められるよう、各種連絡・調整業務を担っています。

■ポジションについて

事務担当として、英文の資料作成やデータ入力、来客や電話の対応などをご担当いただきます。業務は前任者から引継ぎを受けていただきます。

※他の秘書へのサポートについてもお願い致します。

■具体的な業務内容

英文の資料作成、データ入力・更新(石油関連に関する資料作成や、取引先企業様のデータ更新など)
ファイリング、来客、電話、メール対応
社内サポート業務および外国人対応業務

安定した企業で働きながら、異文化に触れて視野を広げることができます。

■配属先について

外国人3名と日本人4名の計7名で構成されています。

■働き方

特別な業務や急ぎの業務が発生しない限り、残業はほとんどありません。
有給休暇も比較的取得しやすい環境です。

応募条件

■必須条件

ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
目安:TOEIC700点以上/英検準1級以上レベル
PCスキル (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Wordを使用した文書作成・編集ができる方(書式設定、段落、箇条書き、表作成など)
Excelを使用したデータ整理・集計ができる方(関数の利用、グラフ作成など)
PowerPointを使用した資料作成ができる方(スライド構成、図表挿入、デザイン調整など)
