仕事概要
TikTokやInstagramの動画を 「見る側」から「伸ばす側」へ。 女性向けオリジナルインナーブランド『momoful(モモフル)』の認知拡大・ファン化をさらに加速させるため、TikTok/YouTubeショート/Instagramを中心としたSNSアカウント運用を強化いたします 本インターンでは、SNS用縦型動画の企画・編集・改善までを一貫して担当。 クリエイティブ担当社員から実務ベースのフィードバックを受けながら成長できます。 将来的には SNS運用・動画制作担当としての社員登用も視野に入れたポジションです。 株式会社Vieonとは ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ 「自分自身を愛し、自信を持つお手伝いをする」をMissionとし、機能性とデザイン性を兼ね備えた女性向け機能性インナーブランド『momoful(モモフル)』を展開しています。 体型の変化やホルモンバランスに悩む女性たちの「綺麗になりたい」という想いに寄り添い、改良を重ねながら進化を続けています。インナーウェアを通じて「女性らしい美しさ」と「快適な生活」を両立するブランドとして、多くの女性に寄り添い、世界中の女性に愛される製品を日々企画・開発しています。 <主な製品> 累計販売数100万枚を突破した『momoful』シリーズ ・ヒップ部分に穴が空いた革新的なデザインがSNSで話題となった【ヒップアップショーツ】 ・女性ならではのニーズに注目した吸水×シームレス設計の【おりもの吸水ショーツ】 ・快適さと美しさを両立した【ナイトブラ】 募集背景 ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ 今までは社員一人ひとりが手探りで成長を続けてきましたが、現在の【売上昨対比150%以上】のスピード成長に伴い、SNS発信と動画制作をより高いレベルで強化していくフェーズに入りました。 ブランドの世界観を理解しながら、SNS発信と動画を軸に認知拡大とファンづくりを推進していただける方を募集します。 お任せしたい業務 ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ SNS用の縦型動画制作をお任せします ミッション:『momoful』の世界観を、ショート動画という強力なメディアで表現し、多くの女性に「女性らしい美しさ」と「快適な生活」の価値を届ける ・TikTok/Instagram Reels向け縦型動画の編集・制作 ・投稿用動画の企画アイデア出し ・投稿後の数値(再生数・保存数など)を見て改善 ・社員・先輩インターンからのフィードバック反映 ※ 使用ツール例 CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects など このインターンで身につく経験・スキル ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ・実際のブランドを成長させるための、実務アカウントでのSNS動画制作・運用経験 ・企画 編集 投稿 数値確認 改善、までの一連の流れ ・社員視点での「クリエイティブの良し悪し」の考え方 ・チームで制作物を仕上げる実務コミュニケーション力 本インターンでの実績・志向に応じて、社員登用も想定しています。 実際の社員登用後は、 ・SNSアカウントの運用 ・動画制作のディレクション ・数値分析を踏まえた改善 など、より広い役割を担っていただきます。 組織構成・メンバー ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ Vieonに在籍し活躍しているのは20代後半~30代前半のメンバー、全社員で10名程度という少数精鋭。女性ならではの観点を活かして、世界中の女性に愛される製品を日々企画・開発しています。 2025年にはMOON-Xグループに仲間入りして、さらなる成長を目指しています。
必須スキル
・普段からTikTokやInstagramなどのSNSに触れており、動画広告に興味がある方 ・趣味や自主制作で動画編集をしたことがある方 ・東京都港区にて出社勤務が可能な方
歓迎スキル
・Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut などでの動画編集経験
