Requirements
必須要件
- 通関業務含む貿易実務・購買調達・在庫管理経験(2年以上)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) を問題なく使えること
- 様々なITツール (Slackなど) を使った実務経験、もしくは、順応力
- 日本語ネイティブレベル / 英語ビジネスレベル(読み書き必須)

Rapyuta Robotics is committed to accelerating the social implementation of robotics, seeking talented and motivated individuals who are eager to tackle challenging problems. We are a company dedicated to creating next-generation robotics platforms.
In our team, you'll lead the procurement, purchasing, production, and management of mass-produced products, as well as planning and procurement of new products. You'll also be responsible for QCD optimization through process improvement. This role involves communicating with various stakeholders both within and outside the company, domestically and internationally, making it a pivotal position in driving core procurement, production, and purchasing management tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement and purchasing of mass-produced products (including import/export operations), lead time and price negotiations, distributor evaluation and selection
- Import/export and trade practices, monthly processing, contract management
- Supplier management, inventory management
- Monthly and annual inspections
- Stocktaking
- Negotiation, purchasing, and ordering of necessary products and parts in collaboration with the product development team
- [Preferred] Continuous QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) optimization through process improvement
- [Preferred] Research, evaluation, and negotiation of necessary products and parts in collaboration with the product development team
Requirements:
- 2 years +experience in customs operations, trade practices, procurement, and inventory management
- Practical experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various IT tools (such as Slack), or adaptability
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese / Business-level proficiency in English (reading and writing required)
- Ownership, i.e., ability to set goals, plan, and execute quickly. (Experience in startups or fast-paced environments, launching businesses, functions, products, or processes is a plus)
