精密金型やプレス加工技術を中心とした、航空機部品・自動車部品や産業機械部品の製造を行っている企業でのお仕事です。

お仕事詳細

生産設備支援業務(生産技術業務)をお願いします。

・製造ラインに使用する機械をどのように配置をするかの検討

・機械の導入、動作チェック

・新規製造ラインの課題や問題の抽出

【具体的には】

航空機の部品を作るための設備の修理サポートをしていただきます。

機械がちゃんと動いているかを定期的に確認し、不具合があれば部品を交換を行います。

機械の状態を確認し、製品を作る流れをもっとスムーズにするために、いろいろな対策を検討します。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

8:30~17:30

(所定労働時間8時間/休憩1時間)

給与


月給 21万円~26万円

(一律手当を含む)

月給21万円~26万円+賞与年3回

  • 能力・年齢などを考慮の上決定します。

※残業手当は別途全額支給(例月平均の25時間で4万6,424円)

・交通費(全額支給)

・出張手当(2000円~1万2000円/日)

・賞与:年3回(平均年3カ月分+決算賞与)※2024年度実績

・昇給:年1回(給与改定)

<入社時の想定年収>

年収315万円以上

※315万円の場合:基本給21.0万円×12月+賞与63.0 万円

<月収例 時間外労働30Hの場合>

月収25.7万円:基本給21.0万円+時間外労働4.7万円

<社員の年収例>

・年収580万円(5年目・35歳)

・年収440万円(2年目・30歳)

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給
