株式会社 エンジニアのミカタは、急成長中の高還元SES事業を展開するベンチャー企業です。今回、エンジニア採用部のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、母集団形成や採用活動全般を担っていただく新メンバーを募集します。

【主な業務内容】

・ダイレクトスカウトによる候補者リサーチ・アプローチ

・面接の日程調整や応募者対応

・求人票の作成・修正

・面接対応(適正を考慮)

・業務データを活用したPDCAサイクルの実行

月給:333,232円〜416,638円(固定残業代含む)

・基本給:237,720円~297,220円

・固定残業代:95,512円~119,418円(45時間分)
