当社は現在「第二創業期」を迎え、ガバナンス強化・制度刷新・BCP策定・M&A対応など、経営基盤を進化させる重要フェーズにあります。

総務労務部では、日常業務に加え、経営直結の特命案件(規則改定、法改正対応、M&Aに伴う制度統合、労務リスク管理)を担うポジションです。

単なるオペレーションに留まらず、制度設計や業務効率化プロジェクトに深く関与できるなど、幅広いスキルを身に付けることが可能です。

業務内容

  • 具体的な業務内容

入退社・休職者管理、有期雇用契約管理

給与計算、年末調整、勤怠管理、社会保険手続き、401K制度運用

労務問題対応など関係者および社外関係機関との折衝(顧問社労士と連携)

法改正対応・就業規則改定、36協定管理、事業免許申請(派遣業など)

M&Aに伴う制度統合、労務リスク対応、BCP策定支援

労働環境改善、社内研修企画・講師、助成金申請、システム構築、他部署連携による制度設計

DX化含む業務効率化の推進など

必須要件

・労務における幅広い実務経験(目安5年以上)

入退社処理、勤怠集計、給与計算、年末調整、各種社保手続、社外関係機関折衝

社内研修企画・講師などが一通り実務としてできること

※採用・教育・制度関連は別部署のため経験不問

・中級程度のPCスキル(Word、Excel、PPT)

・学歴不問

職場の雰囲気・風土

配属先は管理本部>総務労務部>労務課となります。管理本部は総務労務、財務経理、法務の3部門で構成。労務課は大阪本社に2名、東京支社に1名が在籍しています。

会社としての平均年齢は約42歳で幅広い年齢層の社員が在籍していますが、全員中途入社のため新しく入社する方が馴染みやすい環境です。

試用期間

3ヶ月(試用期間中の勤務条件変更無)

給与

  • 想定年収:420万円~480万円

  • 賃金形態:年俸制(12分割にてお支払)

  • 通勤手当:会社規定に基づき支給(非課税範囲内で全額支給)

  • 残業手当:有(30h分は上記年収に含む)

  • 退職金:選択制確定拠出年金制度(401k)※管理手数料を会社負担

  • 就業時間:9:00~18:00(所定労働時間8時間 休憩60分)

  • 休暇:GW、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、特別休暇、有給休暇

※有給休暇は入社半年経過後10日付与(1時間単位での取得が可能)
