仕事内容:

医療現場の「リアル」を知るあなただからこそ、できる仕事があります。あなたにお任せするのは、病院などの医療機関に向けて、電子カルテシステムの導入支援や運用サポート。これまで「使う側」だった経験を、今度は「支える側」として発揮してください。

【具体的な業務内容】

システム導入時の環境構築から、医師や看護師などの医療スタッフに対する操作レクチャーまで、導入プロジェクトを円滑に進めるためのサポート全般を担当します。

▼導入前の動作検証・リハーサル

システムが現場で問題なく動くか、事前のテストを入念に行います。

▼現地での操作説明・稼働立ち会い

「この画面はどう操作するの?」といった現場スタッフの疑問を解消します。

▼問い合わせ対応・トラブルシューティング

運用開始後の不具合や不明点に対し、一次対応や原因調査を行います。

▼開発チームへのフィードバック

現場からの要望をヒアリングし、より使いやすいシステムになるよう開発側へ伝えます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥45,000(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
