仕事内容:

未経験歓迎

不動産受付は、来社されたお客様を最初に迎える「会社の顔」としての役割を担います。

お客様の要望をヒアリングし、担当部署や営業へとつなぐ"橋渡し役"であり、企業の第一印象を左右する重要なポジションです。

また、電話やメール対応、資料準備などのバックオフィス的なサポートも行い、営業活動が円滑に進むように支える役割があります。

  • 来客対応

  • 来店されたお客様を笑顔で迎え、受付カウンターでのご案内

  • 営業担当者や内見担当者への取次ぎ

  • 来客記録の入力・管理

  • 電話・メール応対

  • 物件に関する問い合わせ対応

  • 担当営業への取り次ぎ

  • 内見予約や来店予約のスケジュール調整

  • 資料・書類関連

  • 物件パンフレット、間取り図、契約書類などの準備

  • 契約書・重要事項説明書のファイリング、コピー

  • 書類の受け渡しや郵送手配

  • 事務サポート

  • データ入力(顧客情報・物件情報)

  • 契約書や見積書の作成補助

  • 備品やパンフレットの管理・補充

  • 職場環境づくり

  • 受付・応接室の清掃や整理整頓

  • 季節やイベントに応じた装飾

  • お茶出しや会議準備

勤務時間・曜日:

月火水木金

10:00〜19:00/実働8時間

給与:

月給 230,000円 ~ 300,000円

※ご経験、スキルを考慮し高給変動します

●残業代は全額支給
