■仕事内容
エンジニアリングマネージャーとして開発マネジメント、プロセス改善、人材育成、メンバー採用と幅広く携わっていただきます。
大型セールやドメインをまたがって影響がある大型開発は、ドメインを越えた全社的戦略プロジェクト(カンパニーベット)で開発しています。横断型の開発チームを率い、社内他組織と連携しながらプロジェクトを推進していただくことを期待しています。
【具体的な業務】
各チームメンバーのマネジメント
開発チームのチーム編成や制度の整備および進捗管理
チームの技術力の底上げ(コードレビュー、技術共有、勉強会の推進など)
社内他組織と連携した開発のリードやプロジェクト推進
ビジネスサイドと連携しながら、事業施策のための開発やシステムの技術的な課題解決を推進
パフォーマンス、冗長性、保守性、ROIを考慮したシステムアーキテクチャの策定、設計
