海外向けの新規事業推進(管理職候補)【東証STD/『森塾・湘南ゼミナール』全国展開】
【仕事内容】
以下業務をお任せします。
開発されたITコンテンツをさらに改善し続け、より良いサービスを生み出していただくので、正解はなく、教育や子供に熱意のある方やファクトを基にロジカルに物事を考えたい方には非常にお勧めです。
コロナ禍ではありますが、海外拠点や海外との提携を進めていただける方を募集しております。
CMでおなじみの個別指導塾「森塾」や個別指導教材「フォレスタ」、自主学習支援の「RED」、「eフォレスタ」では経済産業省の「未来の教室」に採用されております。
今回、日本だけでなく世界を視野に入れた基礎学力の育成に特化したタブレット教材である「フォレスタ学習道場」・国際基礎学力検定の「TOFAS」の提供を開始しました。
急成長中の上場企業の新規事業立ち上げの一員として、一緒に教育コンテンツやSPRIXというブランドを世の中に広げていただきます。

年収:800~1200 万円月給制基本給:257500円残業代:固定残業代制固定残業時間:45時間固定残業代:142500円超過分は全額支給変動手当:住宅手当 月20,000円※付与条件あり引越手当 同一県内・都内引越の方に20万円、都内から都内に引越しの場合30万円、県外引越の方に30万円支給通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり8700円) 会社規定に基づく賞与:あり 年2回(4月・9月)昇給:あり 年1回(10月)
