①チームや組織のリーダーと連携し、グローバルなビジネス戦略・目標・目的と統合された人材戦略を策定する。
②マネージャーに対し、効果的なチーム構築や従業員対応に関するコーチングを行う。
③組織設計、人材開発、ワークフォースプランニング、後継者管理、報酬、研修、リーダーシップ開発、パフォーマンスマネジメントについてコンサルティングと助言を提供する。
④人事のクライアント窓口として、他の人事グループ(タレントアクイジション、タレントディベロップメント、HCM、報酬・福利厚生など)とのインターフェース・リエゾンを担う。
⑤企業方針およびグローバルな法規制・法的要件の遵守を確保する。

Duties & Responsibilities/職務と責任
①担当グループや部門に対し、HRセンターオブエクセレンスやシェアードサービスと連携し、HRサービス全般を提供する。
②より大きな組織グループへのサービス提供を支援する。
③人材マネージャーやリクルーターと連携し、多様でエンゲージメントの高い人材の獲得・育成・定着を支援する。
④部門目標・目的・システムの策定に参加する。
⑤年次パフォーマンスレビューや報酬プログラムプロセスに参加する。
⑥現地リーダーと密接に連携し、タレントの特定・育成を支援する。
⑦キャリアパスなどキャリアプランニングや開発プロセス・ツールへの意識を示す。
Job Summary
- Collaborate with team and organizational leaders to develop talent strategies integrated with global business strategies, goals, and objectives.

- management, compensation, training, leadership development, and performance management.
- Serve as the HR client contact, interfacing and liaising with other HR groups such as talent acquisition, talent development, HCM, and compensation and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies as well as global legal and regulatory requirements.
Scope of Responsibility
- Support policy decisions in own department and be responsible for project outcomes.
Supervisory Responsibility
Leading a small project, responsible for supervising project members.
Independence
Moderate project progress and resource management supervision is needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR services to assigned groups or departments in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services.
- Support service delivery to larger organizational groups.
- Work with talent managers and recruiters to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and highly engaged workforce.
- Participate in setting departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
- Take part in annual performance reviews and compensation program processes.
- Work closely with local leaders to identify and develop talent.
- Collaborate with business leaders and Centers of Excellence to develop and implement HR plans, programs, and tools that strengthen organizational capabilities and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, even in complex situations. Organize key points and deliver effective presentations, providing appropriate information to individuals and groups.
- Demonstrate awareness of career planning and development processes and tools, including career paths.
