今回はダイアベティス & オベシティ 営業本部におけるMRポジションの募集です。
募集ポジションと配属エリアは全国各地となります。
ポジションについて
MR活動を通じて、個人の販売目標の達成、会社に対するレピュテーション(社会的評判)向上・維持に責任をもち、模範を示し、エリアに対し、リーダーシップを発揮する。また、エリアマネジャーの職務をサポートし、エリア販売目標の達成に貢献する。具体的には、活動計画の策定、コンプライアンスに基づいた情報提供、安全性情報の収集、活動内容の記録と報告、顧客ニーズと市場動向の分析等、MRの基本業務を高いレベルで遂行する事が求められます。

・大学病院、グループ病院、全国的に発信力のあるKOLが所属する施設等、所属エリアを超えて広範に影響力が及ぶ施設を担当する場合は、関連施設を含めた人事情報や人脈マップの維持管理を行い、各施設担当者との適切な情報共有を実施する。担当テリトリーまたは、担当施設は事業領域や製品に応じて定める。
・エリア内において、自身の担当テリトリー/施設のみならず、エリアレベルの取り組みに対して率先して行動し、周囲を巻き込む。他者に対してパフォーマンス改善のためのアドバイスを行い、前向きな影響を与えることができる。
・最新の薬機法や各種ガイドライン、プロモーションコード等の各種法律、業界規範、規約、NNWayを遵守する。
・目標達成のためのアクションプランを立案、上長に説明し、予算やリソースを獲得する。プランを主体的に実行し、結果をフォローアップ、検証し、継続的な改善を行う。
・全国に共有できる再現性のあるベタープラクティスを創造する。会社やエリアの意思決定や、困難な状況や変化/変革に対する柔軟な対応を周囲に促す。
応募要件
・大学卒業以上
・MR経験3年以上、もしくは、それに準じた業界での営業経験
・大学病院など、キーアカウント施設の担当経験尚可
・情報収集スキル、セリングスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、問題解決スキル、ITスキル(Word、Excel、Power Point等のOAソフトや業務上必要となる各種アプリ操作)
