仕事内容


【建築意匠設計】建築設計デザイン事務所(リゾートホテル等)500万~700万/BIM設計/溜池山王

【仕事内容】

代表を中心に少数精鋭で様々な、リゾートホテルプロジェクトや商業ビルの意匠デザイン・インテリアデザイン実績豊富なアトリエ事務所です。チームでプロジェクトに挑戦しており、最後まで携わることができます。

【 業務概略 】

・景観・街づくりに繋がる建築設計を行うプロジェクトメンバーとして商業ビル・リゾートホテルプロジェクト等の意匠設計業務をお任せします。

【 具体的な業務内容 】

・今までのご経験やご希望を考慮し、意匠設計プロジェクトの各フェーズをお任せしていきます。

  • 土地選定のための企画設計・ボリューム設計
  • 基本設計
  • 実施設計
  • 設計管理

・インテリアデザイン設計監理

  • インテリア提案
  • インテリア設計・設計監理

・AutoCADを基本とし、最新の三次元CAD(Archicad)を活用したBIM設計にも取り組んでいます。

・(三次元CAD)ArchiCAD、Twinmortion、Rhinoceros

・(日影や斜線規制チェック)ADS-BT

  • 主なプロジェクト:リゾートホテルプロジェクト(地下1階/地上12階)・商業/事務所ビル(地下1階/地上13階)・沖縄県離島ホテル(地上4階)など、海外デザイナーとのコラボレーションもあり、世界のデザインに触れて一緒にモノづくりをすることができます。

  • 構造や設備設計などの協力事務所との打合せに参加する機会もあり、プロジェクトの最初から最後まで携わることで成長が実感できる職場環境です。

【年収・給与】

< 月収目安 > 240,000円~330,000円(残業代は全額別途支給)< 年収目安 > 5,000,000円~7,000,000円(想定賞与含む)※委細面談の上、経験・能力・前給・年齢等を考慮し決定します。※上記年収には各種手当・賞与を含んだ年収イメージになります。※残業代は発生時に割増賃金として別途支給致します。
