Oversees overall management and performance of the Spa and Health Club while being part of the wellness initiative
Use your business acumen and financial analytic skills to drive Spa revenue
Key Accountabilities:
Prepare and implement both an annual operating budget and a 5-year CAPEX for Spa and Health Club respectively.
Monitor monthly financial performance incorporating proposals as required to ensure performance is as expected.
Review daily revenue and forecast monthly revenue for Spa and closely monitor bottom lines and flow-through for both Spa and Health Club.
Effectively integrate the Spa within the Hotel Marketing strategy by creating the marketing plans and strategies, and to ensure collateral, point of sale and digital promotions reflect the quality and integrity of the Peninsula brand and are reviewed and updated weekly with online channels.
Ensure all staff receive necessary induction and ongoing training to allow them to carry out their role
Grow Health Club Membership to achieve the double-digit consolidated profits.
To monitor standards of service and client satisfaction taking necessary action to ensure Brand and Group standards are maintained
To take overall site responsibility for daily operational issues within the spa including accurate scheduling, cleanliness etc.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of expereinces as Director of Spa at luxury hotels or related wellness facilities
- People management experiences with cross cultural understanding and exposure
- Strong financial understanding and business acumen
