We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Spa
Potential career growth and ability to manage large dynamic team
Key Accountabilities
- Implement financial and operational strategic planning, marketing objectives, operating criteria, budgeting, PR, VIP visits in SPA.
- Maintain and manage overall quality and performance of the Spa to ensure high standards.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills. To analyze the monthly profit and loss statements in order to control expenses and ensure the annual budget is achieve.
- Support People and Culture objectives. Responsible for training, scheduling, coaching Spa team members. Crucial tasks include communicating job expectations, monitoring performance and motivate the team.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience working at 5 stars luxury hotel spa and currently hold a leadership role
- People management experiences with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, verbally and written
- Ambitious and resilience
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
