アマゾンジャパンでは、自社管理する配達拠点Amazon Logistics (AMZL)で、配達対象地域の配達品質・配達効率向上のために、配達データの分析や改善活動を行うフィールドクオリティーアシュアランス(FQA)を募集しています。FQAの主な業務は、オンラインで配達データおよび地図データ・GPSと実地住所情報の照合やオフィスなどの配達可能日時の確認をし、また配達困難箇所である現地に直接訪問のうえ配達の障害となっている原因を特定し、Amazonの配達システムに取得したデータを反映します。また、FQAは反映したデータが実際の配達に効果が出ているかを分析し他チームのメンバーと協力して、配達拠点からお客様へより効率的な配達ができるように業務改善をして頂きます。
FQAは日本のみならず、グローバルチームとコミュニケーションを取りながら多様性、スピード感をもって改善活動を進めていきます。また、FQA teamではOpenな環境で、皆さんから改善のアイディアを集め、実行していくことで、お客様にさらなる笑顔を届けていきます。データの分析を通した、業務改善経験を活かしていただけるポジションです。
【業務】
-配達データと配達実績からのGPS誤差やカスタマー情報の確認及び更新
-オンラインツールを用いた、データの確認と更新
-配達困難箇所に訪問し、建物管理者とコンタクトを取り宅配ロッカーなどの配達場所や配達ルール等の調査及びデータの更新(自動車を使用し現地調査をしていただく可能性もございます)
-各ステークホルダーと連携しアクションを実行する
-配達困難箇所のデータ分析
-配達データの分析を行い、社内関係者へ提供
-配達システムにおける配達問題の情報の吸い上げ
-安全・品質・作業効率の向上に向けたプロジェクトの立案或いは推進
-業務標準化の推進
-宿泊を伴う全国への出張が発生する可能性有
-その他関連業務を行う

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-社会人経験1年以上-基本PCスキル(Word, Power Point)
-エクセルスキル中級以上(VLOOKUP、ピボットは必須)

【給与情報】
月額基本給 306,000 円以上(年俸を12分割支給)
時間外労働手当、深夜勤務手当、法定休日勤務手当分は労働時間に応じて支給される。
