医療機関の基幹系機能を拡張し、請求処理の効率化を進めています。継続的な改修が続くため、設計から実装まで対応できる体制を強化します。データ連携の品質向上も重視しています。お任せする業務:
詳細設計の作成と実装、単体テストの準備を担当いただきます。影響範囲の整理と改修順序の調整を行い、手戻りを抑えます。レビュー結果の反映にも関わります。テストケースの観点整理とレビューを行い、品質リスクを早期に把握します。データ連携のエラー分析を進め、再発防止策を提案します。
運用を見据えた設計指針を整理し、手戻りを防ぎます。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。
・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現
・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映
