仕事内容:

【仕事内容】

・既存顧客へのアプローチ(工作機械、食品、半導体、自動車関連など幅広い業界)

・アポイント取得、商談、ヒアリング

・図面をもとに見積もり、受注、制作指示

・顧客との打ち合わせ、加工費用・納期調整、アフターフォロー

【業務スタイル】

・ルート営業が中心で、訪問活動と事務作業・提案資料作成を半々で行います

【商材・サービス】

・ステンレス・アルミ・鉄製品の受注生産

・レーザー加工や切断、溶接による高品質製品の生産・納品

・顧客は機械メーカー、半導体、液晶、食品製造、自動車、造船など全国約3,300社

・OJTや研修で業界知識を習得し、スキルに応じて業務をお任せします。安心して働けます。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:15〜17:20、所定労働時間:8時間、休憩1時間5分、日曜日、祝日、会社カレンダーによる土曜日(月に0~2回土曜出勤有)、GW休暇、夏季休暇(2025年度は8連休)、年末年始休暇(2025年度は8連休)、慶弔休暇、有給休暇(10日〜勤続年数に応じて最大20日)、年間最大40時間まで時間単位で取得可能、ファミリーDAY・リフレッシュ休暇(年3日)、ライフサポート休暇(年1日)、産休・育休実施あり(復帰率100%以上、男性も取得しています)

給与:
