The number of participating supermarkets is expected to grow further.Our service involves supporting these companies in launching and expanding their online supermarket operations, as well as providing hands-on assistance to achieve early profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Management duties in the Marketing and UI/UX domains
Marketing Domain
Driving traffic to online supermarket store pages (online digital marketing and offline sales promotion)
Planning, executing, evaluating and operation of marketing campaigns
Conducting marketing research for users
Analyzing purchase data and user attribute data, reporting to clients, and providing consulting
Proposing feature development aimed at implementing and evolving marketing measures
Developing marketing strategies
UI/UX Domain
Improving UI/UX for online supermarket pages, supporting store creation, managing email newsletters, etc
Producing marketing creatives
Traffic analysis, reporting to clients, and providing consulting
Proposing feature development aimed at implementing and evolving UI/UX related measures
Developing UI/UX strategies
Depending on your intentions and aptitude, you will be involved in either one or both domains

Team Structure
The Supermarket OMO/DX Division's OMO-PF Section has a team of just over 20 members, primarily in their 20s and 30s.
Approximately 60% are mid-career hires, while about 40% joined Rakuten Group, Inc. directly after graduation.

Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution Experience:
Practical experience in digital marketing (online customer acquisition, campaign planning, execution, and effectiveness verification)
Experience in planning, executing, and iterating data-driven marketing strategies
Data Analysis Skills:
Experience in data extraction and analysis using SQL, Python, etc
Experience in analyzing purchase data, site traffic data, user attribute data, etc
Experience in translating analytical results into business insights to solve problems and support decision-making
Management Experience:
Over 3 years of management experience leading a team or project with multiple members
Experience in member development, goal setting, evaluation, and team building
