【仕事内容】

同社は、三井住友フィナンシャルグループおよび三井住友銀行と提携し、

新しいデジタル銀行設立に向け新会社を立ち上げました。

本プロジェクトでは、SaaS×Fintechの取り組みとして、中小企業のDX推進を支援するため、

より使いやすく、安価で、タイムリーな金融サービスを提供することを目指しています。

この取り組みにおいて、QAエンジニアを募集しております。

【具体的には】

・ QAプロセスエンジニアとして、日本のデジタルバンキングの未来を形作り、

これまで以上に使いやすく、ユーザーフレンドリーにすることが私たちのゴール

・ 品質担保の施策を行うための開発及び品質プロセスの策定

・ 開発(CI/CD含む)・QAプロセスの策定

・ テスト計画・不具合報告・リリース判定

・ 機能要求や非機能要求に対してのテストケースの計画・作成・実行

・ 業務内容の変更範囲:会社の定める業務

【求める人材】

・ QAまたは開発経験(3年以上)

・ ソフトウェア開発プロセスまたはQAプロセスの策定経験

・ ISTQB(JSTQBも含む)FouldationLevelの資格取得者もしくは同等の知識がある

・ 情報処理系、またはコンピュータサイエンス系の学士卒業、もしくは同等の知識

・ グローバルな開発環境におけるコミュニケーションへの興味・関心

・ 開発は海外拠点と共同で行うため、業務上英語を使用する場面あり※入社時にTOEIC等のスコアは求めません

・ AIの開発経験もしくはAIツールを使用した開発経験

【歓迎】

・ QAもしくは開発経験(3年以上)・ ISTQB(JSTQBも含む)FouldationLevelの資格取得者もしくは同等の知識・ あると望ましいスキル・経験: AIの開発経験もしくはAIツールを使用した開発経験

【給与】

年収640~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
