【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

展示会に出展される企業様への名刺交換をキッカケに新規開拓営業を行います。またWebサイトからの問合せ対応や、既に取引のあるクライアントの対応も行います。営業活動の結果、提案を実施するクライアントに対しては要望をヒアリングし、企画書作成~プレゼンを実施し、受注を目指します。

【職務詳細】

イベント実施に向け、クライアントや協力会社との打合せ及び折衝を行い手配を進めます。

装飾のみ依頼を受ける時もあれば、事前動員活動のためのツール制作(Web広告やサイト制作、招待状など)の他、動画の制作/運営スタッフの手配/獲得した名刺のフォローとしてコールセンター業務等と組み合わせた他社との差別化提案も行い、お客さまの展示会出展の成功及び課題解決に向けて、トータルでサポートします。

展示会当日の設営においては、現場管理者として協力会社へ指示、組みあがったブースの仕上がりチェックなど、現場での管理業務がメインです。

年収:601万~770万程度

月給制:月額350000円
