仕事内容


『MYTREX』公式ECのLTV向上に向け、CRM施策の企画・実行・改善を担当いただきます。

顧客データを読み解き、最適なコミュニケーションを設計し、リピートされるECをつくる役割です。

<具体的な業務内容>

(1) 分析・課題発見

・購買/行動データの分析、課題抽出

・新規~既存顧客のシナリオ設計

(2) 施策企画・コンテンツ制作

・ステップメール、LINE配信シナリオの企画

・クロスセル、イベントキャンペーン施策

・メルマガ/LINEの企画・原稿作成・設定

(3) 実行・効果検証

・施策の公開前チェック、配信設定

・効果レポート作成、改善提案

・休眠顧客の掘り起こし施策

(4) 他部署との連携・CX改善

・EC/広告/商品企画/CSとの連携による施策推進

  • 必須条件

・EC、デジタルマーケティング、CRM領域の実務・進行管理経験(目安:2年以上)

・顧客データを使った施策立案~PDCAの実務経験

  • 歓迎条件

・自社ECでのCRM経験

・RFM分析、SQL、BIツールを用いた分析経験

・サブスク・定期購入商材のCRM経験

・LINE公式アカウントの運用経験

・会員ランク制度・ロイヤリティプログラム設計の経験

・メール文面・LPなどのライティング経験

・美容・ヘルスケア領域への興味

他部署との連携が多いポジションのため、基本はご出社いただきます。

残業は月12時間ほどで有給も取りやすく、プライベートとの両立もしやすい環境です。
