弊社はオート-パーツの企画開発・販売を行なっている企業です。

主な販路は、自社サイトおよび各ECモールで、自動車ライト業界ではトップクラスの販売実績と人気を誇っています。

・売上並びに利益の最大化を目的とした、Amazonでの販売戦略の立案/検索ランキング向上

・広告費最適化

・クリエイティブコンテンツの充実化

・レビュー&レイティング管理

・プライムデーなどのイベントでの成功事例構築

・物流オペレーションや在庫管理、カスタマーサポートを担う他チームとの協業

・サプライチェーンの効率化

・定例ミーティング(週1回・必須)

そして今、2025年度は売上前年比130%・営業利益前年比300〜400%を見込んでいる急成長フェーズへ突入しています。

2026年度以降の5カ年計画でも、卸事業や越境ECといった新規事業を除いても、売上・営業利益ともに前年比120%ペースを保守的に確保できる見通しです。

求める人材:

■必須要件

・Amazonセラーセントラルの実務経験(3年以上)

・Amazon店舗の売上拡大フェーズにおいて、数値分析に基づく販売・広告・在庫戦略の改善により継続成長を実現した経験

・Amazonのレギュレーションを理解し、それに準じた商品ページ構成やデザインディレクションを行える方

■歓迎要件

・Amazon以外のECモール(楽天・Yahooショッピング等)での運営経験

・社内外のメンバーと協働し、円滑に進行管理を行える方

・データドリブンで意思決定し、改善サイクル(PDCA)を高速で回した経験

・広告構造の設計や、KPIに基づく運用改善経験
