仕事内容


電話応対や来客対応、見積・請求書の作成・発行、伝票入力、データ処理、受発注、ファイリング、会議資料の作成などをお任せします。

*午前

…早めに出社し、清掃。

メールやFAX確認。伝票入力、荷受け、発注、電話応対。

*午後

…Excel処理、郵送物の仕分け、伝票入力、請求書作成、各帳票チェック、ファイリング、電話応対。

求めている人材


※高卒以上

※要普通運転免許

※基本的なPC操作ができる方(ワード、エクセル)

*未経験者歓迎スキルより人柄(協調性)重視の採用です

*データ入力、電話オペレーター、事務などの経験がある方ももちろん歓迎

*卸売業事務経験者大歓迎

*女性スタッフ活躍中

*事務未経験者も安心入社後は、丁寧にひとつひとつの仕事をお教えします

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日

9:00~18:00(休憩あり)

*残業はほぼありません
