■業務内容:

各種スクールや新規事業のマーケティング責任者として、経営陣と連携しながら事業成長をリードしていただきます。

◇Meta広告を中心としたSNS・YouTube広告の設計、運用、改善

◇広告戦略の立案、KPI設計

◇配信データの分析、改善施策の実行

◇広告クリエイティブ(LP・バナー・動画)の企画ディレクション

◇制作・撮影チームとの連携、進行管理

◇将来的なマーケティングチームのマネジメント

※上流工程にとどまらず、戦略策定から実運用/改善までを一貫して担っていただきます。

※社内外のデザイナー・動画チームと協働し、広告効果の最大化を目指します。

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥8,000,000 〜 ¥10,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥105,263〜¥131,578(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
