仕事内容:
2025年に開学した"日本発の本格的なオンライン大学"ZEN大学にて、
コミュニティの企画・運営を行っていただける方を募集いたします。
【具体的な業務内容】
①大学の学校行事・イベント(新入生オリエンテーション、大学祭など)の企画運営業務
②部活動・サークルなどの学生コミュニティ運営体制の構築・学生サポート業務
③学生が参加するSlack内チャンネルの整備・管理業務
など
求める人材:

・企画経験(職種は問いません)
・新規企画立案力、改善提案力、企画を実現させる力をお持ちの方
・リモートワークで業務を進められる能力もしくはご経験をお持ちの方
(業務はGoogle Workspace、連絡はSlackとZoomをメインで使用します。)

・企画/マーケティング/営業の業務経験(1年以上)
・企画/クリエイティブ職のマネジメント経験(1年以上)
・若手社員やアルバイトの育成経験
・業務に関わる多様な人との関係構築能力

・Adobeスキル(Illustrator、Photoshop、Premiere Pro等)

勤務時間:フレックスタイム制(コアタイム11:00~15:00)
基本労働時間8時間/日

想定平均残業時間 20時間/月
想定残業時間込みの年収 5,582,300円~6,698,760円
※ ご入社時期、評価、業績により夏季・冬季賞与額が変動いたします。 年度途中で入職された場合は、賞与の標準支給額は月割りで算出されます。 4月・5月・6月入社の場合、評価対象期間 (前年10月〜当年3月まで)の勤務がないため、初年度の6月の賞与はございません。 10月・11月・12月入社の場合、評価対象期間(当年4月〜当年9月まで)の勤務がないため、初年度の12月の賞与はございません。
