コンサルティングから導入まで一気通貫型で行うERP導入プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトのマネージャーとしてご活躍いただくことを想定しております。
【採用背景】
同社の製造業DX部門において新規事業領域として、mcframeを中心とした製造業ERPに関する導入支援を行い顧客企業のバックエンドの仕組みづくりを支援しています。ERP導入支援サービスを拡大していくために、プロジェクトをリードしていただける方にご参画頂きたいと考え、今回の募集にいたりました。
【具体的な職務内容】
■案件獲得に向けたコンサルティング業務
■顧客業務(As-Is)分析、未来像の業務(To-Be)策定、グランドデザイン構築
■要件定義や基本設計などの上流工程へのコミット
■プロジェクトのリスク管理、コストコントロールしプロジェクトメンバーのマネジメント

【同部門の特徴】
同社では製造業・建設業を中心にDX化の支援を行っております。基幹システム(ERP)や製造実行システム(MES)の導入経験と、ものづくりへの深い知見を活かし、作業効率性・労働生性の向上や、ベテランが有するノウハウの自動化などを実現、またスマートファクトリーの構築をコンサルティングから導入まで一気通貫型で行っております。
【ERP/MES導入を通じ、主に取り組んでいただく企業課題】
・基幹システム(ERP)を無理に応用しているがシステム間連携が上手く取れなく社内連携が出来ていない
・データ管理をExcelで対応しているが人的ミスや無駄な作業が排除しきれない
・既存の生産管理システムと、その他の基幹システムの間で発生している二重管理を排除したい
・多品種少量生産に柔軟に対応し、顧客の受け口を広げたい
・どんぶり勘定的な原価管理から脱却して、正確なコストの可視化を実現したい
・現場管理が紙での管理となり、正しいデータが取れていない
・生産に限らずあらゆる部門の情報を可視化して、経営計画や意思決定に役立てたい

■いずれかのサプライチェーンマネジメント系ERPのご知見
infor、mcframe、SMILE、テクノア、電脳工場、GLOVIA、OBIC7、GRANDIT、SuperStream、SAP、勘定奉行ERP、DIVA、Dynamics 365、Oracle、Proactive、Hueなど
■上流工程の経験
ERP導入における上流工程(業務分析、ToBe策定)のご経験があること 要件定義/顧客折衝のご経験があること
【関係要件】
■製造業界への知見
製造業界向けのシステム導入のご経験があること
【給与】
年収 1100 ~ 1600 万円
■賞与実績:4ヵ月+α(3月/9月)
■給与改定:年2回(4月/10月)
■固定残業代の相当時間:35.0時間/月※実際の全社平均は月20時間です。
■年収についてはこの限りではなく、ご経験・ご志向に応じて柔軟に設定します。
■理論年収とは別途、SO付与の可能性あり。
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
