仕事内容:

自動車のエンジンを動かすための重要部品である*「イグニッションコイル」*の製造に関わる、機械操作、検査、および付随する業務です。

具体的な作業内容

イグニッションコイルの製造(マシンオペレーター)

イグニッションコイルのコアとなる部品(コイルやケースなど)を製造・加工する機械を操作します。

具体的には、コイル巻き付け機や樹脂成形機、組立機などへの部品セット、設定確認、ボタン操作による稼働開始・監視を行います。

検査業務(品質チェック)

製造されたイグニッションコイルに対し、*電気特性(電圧・抵抗など)*が規格を満たしているかを専用の検査機器にセットして確認します。

コイルのケースにヒビ、変形、端子の取り付け不良などがないかを目視で検査します。

製品の品質を保証する、重要な役割です。

付帯する業務

製造ラインで使用する部品の供給、完成品の梱包・運搬(台車使用)など、工程に付随する補助的な作業を行います。

検査データの簡単なパソコン入力・記録作業も含まれます。

エンジンの点火を司る重要部品の製造に携わる、安定した自動車産業における仕事です。

精密な作業環境

電子部品を扱うため、工場内は清潔で快適な環境であることが多いです。

未経験者歓迎

機械操作や検査の手順はマニュアル化されており、入社後のOJTで丁寧に指導します。

集中力が活かせる

精密な部品の取り扱いや、検査において、正確さと集中力が求められます。
