職務内容
- プロジェクトの計画、実施、進捗管理を行う。
- クライアントのニーズに合わせた戦略の提案と実行をサポートする。
- プロジェクトのリスクを特定し、適切な対応策を講じる。
- チームメンバーとの緊密な連携を通じて、プロジェクト目標を達成する。
- プロジェクトの成功を保証するためのレポート作成とプレゼンテーション。
- クライアントとのコミュニケーションを維持し、信頼関係を構築する。
- 業界トレンドを把握し、最新の知識を活用する。
- コンサルティングプロジェクトの効率的な運営をサポートする。
理想の人材
必須条件
- PM候補:開発経験3年以上、リーダー経験(2〜3名)、要件定義〜開発の経験
- PM:IT実務経験5年以上、プロジェクトリーダー経験(5〜10名)、レビュー経験
歓迎条件
- Java、C#、React、TypeScriptなどの開発経験
- BI/ETLツールやCRM/SFA/MA活用経験
- 挑戦意欲を重視、学歴不問
条件・待遇
年収:700万円〜1,200万円(経験・スキルにより決定)
賞与年2回、昇給年1回

完全週休2日制(土日)、年間休日120日以上
